Admission Procedure
- Relatives and professional bodies are encouraged to visit the Home prior to admission. Assessment visits are completed by our managers, deputy managers or senior staff, either at the Home or in hospital or at Service User’s home prior to admission in order to plan and implement the needs of the Service User.
Terms & Conditions of Residence
- All other terms and conditions will be contained in the admission contract or may be viewed on application.
- Fees are payable one month in advance by cheque, standing order or electronic transfer direct to our bank.
- Service Users must give one month’s notice in writing to the Home or pay an equivalent period of fees in lieu of notice, whichever is applicable.
- Fees include provision of furnished accommodation, light, heat, all meals, beverages, laundering of clothing, linen and aid with personal needs.
- Extras, such as clothing, toiletries, hairdressing, newspapers, physiotherapy and any other third party services, are purchased with authorisation and invoiced as agreed.
- All facilities of the Home are available for unrestricted use by Service Users.
- Visitors are welcome at any reasonable time.
